- Leave the villa in the same condition as you received it.
- Clean everything up and put it back in its original place.
- Dispose of all waste in the containers at the bottom near the bus station. (Failure to do this results in a fine of 50€)
- No smoking inside the property. Ashtrays are provided outside. (Infringement will result in a 150€ fine)
- Do not sit on the sofas with wet clothes or walk around the property while wet.
- No air conditioners and/or heating on while windows and/or doors are open.
- Close all windows and doors when leaving the villa and activate the alarm.
- Clean the sauna and switch off the power after use. (Infringement results in a fine of 50€)
- Always switch the alarm off after entering. A fine of 100€ is charged for repeated infringements.
- There is a base provided with toilet paper and garbage bags. Other must be purchased by the guests.
- When using indelible make-up, you should use de-cleansing wipes and not towels. (Infringement 30€ per towel)
- You may not switch off the control panel’s central unit or power. The cameras are also not allowed to be covered. Those are for control by the company SECURITY DIRECT and only in case of burglary. (Infringement results in a fine of 50€)
- Checking in and out at hours other than 10.00 am and 4.00 pm respectively, will require a supplement payment of 85€ per check-in or check-out
- Private chefs, catering and / or events are only allowed with our permission. In the past we had chefs who made a great deal out of our installation and our materials. That is why you will receive by e-mail a choice of 3 different Catering companies which are allowed in the villa. A fine of 250€ minimum, plus billing for any damage and/or missing materials.
- We must have a copy of ID for all persons staying in the villa, on or before arrival.
- It is forbidden to sublet the villa.
- The minimum age for renting this villa is 25 years and must be present at the check-in.
- Complete silence is expected, especially outside, from 10 pm.
